Qualifications

• Provide functional and technical application management for core R&D applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents and ensure production system integrity.
• Lead end-to-end change implementations and documentation.
• Train and enable users on Digital Product developments.
• Maintain collaboration with labs and the user community.

Skills

Bachelor's/Master's in CS/Engineering

LIMS/technical apps experience

Microsoft environment knowledge

ITIL/COBIT/CMM familiarity
