We deliver clear, reliable insights that help teams confidently evaluate options, iterate on solutions, and improve user experiences across the adidas digital ecosystem.

As a Quantitative User Researcher, you are a strong, hands on individual contributor who independently delivers well defined quantitative research within a product team or experience area. You partner closely with designers, product managers, and qualitative researchers to ensure the right questions are asked and answered with high quality data.

This is a hybrid position in Amsterdam, with requirement to work at the office a minimum of 3 days a week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute end to end quantitative research studies within defined scopes, including intake, planning, research design, survey writing, fieldwork coordination, analysis, and reporting.
  • Apply a range of quantitative analysis techniques, including statistical methods (e.g. descriptive statistics, t tests, ANOVA, regression), multivariate approaches (e.g. cluster analysis, CFA, SEM), and preference modeling techniques (e.g. MaxDiff), to evaluate research outcomes and inform product and design decisions.
  • Ensure research quality by considering data validity, reliability, sampling, and clarity, and by communicating methodological assumptions and limitations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Partner with product managers, designers, and qualitative researchers to align research activities with team priorities and roadmaps.
  • Translate data into clear insights, implications, and recommendations and communicate findings through written reports, presentations and workshops to audiences from various seniority levels.
  • Continuously develop quantitative research craft by seeking feedback, coaching, and opportunities for learning, and contribute to shared documentation and knowledge sharing.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS - WHO WILL YOU BE JOINING
  • You will join the Global Digital User Research team, partnering closely with Product Managers, Designers, Qualitative User Researchers, and Analytics partners to answer key business and user questions through quantitative research.
  • As the quantitative research partner for your product team or experience area, you will work in a fast-paced product environment, translating complex challenges into actionable insights that inform product and experience decisions.
  • You will also contribute to the continued development of the Quantitative Research practice through knowledge sharing, methodological rigor, and improvements to research approaches, tools, and ways of working
