Optiver Holding BV in Amsterdam invites penultimate-year students in STEM to join a 10-week Quantitative Research Internship starting 2027. You'll use data, mathematics and technology to turn market data into quantitative insights and testing trading ideas within a structured training environment.

You'll work on a collaborative research project, develop skills in AI and time-series analysis, and gain hands-on market experience with Optiver technology, with potential full-time offers.

Competenze

• Penultimate-year student in STEM with ability to work full time after graduation in 2028.
• Solid foundation in mathematics, probability and statistics.
• Excellent research, analytical and modelling skills.
• Independent research experience.
• Proficiency in any programming language.
• Knowledge of machine learning, time-series analysis and pattern recognition is a plus.
• Strong interest in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
