Job summary

IMC Trading invites you to an on-site summer internship in Amsterdam to explore trading life as a Trader Intern. You’ll generate new trading strategies, work on tooling and visibility for use cases, and shadow desks through a hands-on project with weekly challenges, supported by mentors and trainers.

Open to penultimate-year students in quantitative fields ( graduating 2028) with interest in financial markets and basic programming in Python/Matlab/R.

Qualifications

• Penultimate-year student in a quantitative field graduating in 2028.
• Programming experience in Python/Matlab/R is a plus.
• Strong analytical and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new trading strategies.
• Work on tooling, functionality, and/or visibility for specific use cases.
• Hone your trading skills by shadowing different desks and participating in simulated trading sessions.
• Attend workshops, trainings, and social activities with the internship cohort.
