Job summary

Dechra Bladel is seeking a Site Head of Quality to lead the QA, analytical and microbiological QC teams and drive the quality management system at the Bladel site. You will ensure regulatory compliance and liaison with group Quality.

You will manage audits, maintain accreditations and collaborate with production to raise quality levels while reporting to the Site Director and Group Internal Network Quality Director. The role requires strong leadership and language skills in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level education in a relevant field (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry or similar).
• Master's in Pharmacy is an advantage; Qualified Person training is a plus.
• Significant work experience as a Senior QA Manager or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage QA, analytical and microbiological QC departments and develop the QMS.
• Develop, realize and implement the quality policy and the site QMS.
• Coordinate with production to improve quality and drive compliance.
• Lead internal and external audits; report to the Group Quality function.
• Serve as primary contact for authorities and customers; maintain accreditations.
