Job summary

Lonza Geleen in the Netherlands is hiring a QA Compliance Specialist to strengthen the site’s QMS and ensure GMP compliance. This fully site-based role supports regulatory readiness, supplier management, and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality medicines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related discipline.
• Experience in GMP-regulated environment advantageous.
• Working knowledge of GMP, QMS, and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration across functions.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset; interest in quality systems and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP or document management systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the site's Quality Management System, including quality documentation and records.
• Contribute to deviations, CAPAs, change controls, risk assessments and other QMS processes.
• Coordinate supplier qualifications, supplier complaints, and vendor change notifications.
• Support material setup and supplier lifecycle management within the quality framework.
• Assist audits and regulatory inspections to maintain inspection readiness.
• Deliver or support GMP and compliance training and awareness activities.
