Randstad Professional seeks a Quality Manufacturing Engineer in Groningen to drive quality compliance on the production floor and lead investigations to secure GMP standards across lines.

The role is fully on-site with 36–40 hours per week, requiring 4+ years in pharma/manufacturing engineering, and fluency in Dutch and English. You will collaborate with manufacturing and operations to eliminate defects and embed continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s degree (hbo) or higher in engineering, life sciences, or a related field.
• Have at least 4 years of experience in quality or manufacturing engineering.
• Bring proven work experience within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• Speak and write fluently in both Dutch and English.

• Guide and authorize planned process deviations following established quality guidelines.
• Analyze production scrap and rejection metrics to eliminate process variation.
• Detect performance trends and present actionable data to cross-functional teams.

Drive quality compliance on the production floor. As a Quality Manufacturing Engineer at AMO Groningen, part of Johnson & Johnson, you resolve deviations, lead investigations, and secure manufacturing standards across operational lines.

In this on-site role in Groningen, you deliver direct quality assurance oversight across production operations. You partner closely with manufacturing engineering and operations to eliminate defects, resolve internal escalations, and embed continuous process improvements.

Your primary deliverables:

• Guide and authorize planned process deviations following established quality guidelines
