Zusammenfassung

Givaudan in Ede, Netherlands, seeks a Quality Management Specialist to join a small, specialized team serving our cheese powder business. You report to the Head of Quality and will partner with Quality, Supply Chain, Operations and Continuous Improvement to drive quality improvements.

You will support Food Safety and Quality Management Systems, conduct investigations, audits, and corrective actions while promoting a culture of ownership and collaboration across the site and regional teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Laboratory Science or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Management or related function within food manufacturing.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language knowledge would be beneficial.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to Quality and Food Safety.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and collaboration across teams including Supply Chain, Operations and Continuous Improvement.

Aufgaben

• Support the site's needs regarding Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.
• Coordinate and follow up on customer complaints.
• Conduct quality investigations, implement corrective actions and support improvement initiatives.
• Perform internal and supplier audits and participate in customer and certification audits (GMP, GLP, HACCP and ISO/FSSC 22000).
• Promote a culture of quality, ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement within the Quality team.
• Support Quality initiatives for both site and regional teams.
