Zusammenfassung

Givaudan in Ede, Netherlands, seeks a Quality Management Specialist to join a small, specialized team serving our cheese powder business. You report to the Head of Quality and will partner with Quality, Supply Chain, Operations and Continuous Improvement to drive quality improvements.

You will support Food Safety and Quality Management Systems, conduct investigations, audits, and corrective actions while promoting a culture of ownership and collaboration across the site and regional teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Laboratory Science or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Management or related function within food manufacturing.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language knowledge would be beneficial.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to Quality and Food Safety.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and collaboration across teams including Supply Chain, Operations and Continuous Improvement.

• Promote a culture of quality, ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement within the Quality team.
• Support Quality initiatives for both site and regional teams.

Quality Management Specialist - Your future role?

As a Quality Management Specialist in our Ede site, you will be part of a small and specialized team supporting our unique cheese powder business. Working closely with the broader Quality team and directly reporting to our local Head of Quality, you will support our stakeholders and improve the way we work. We offer a hands‑on role where quality, collaboration and continuous improvement come together.
