Job summary

Johnson & Johnson GATT Technologies is recruiting for a Quality Laboratory Lead, located in Nijmegen, Netherlands. Join our dynamic team to ensure the reliability and excellence of ETHIZIA, our innovative hemostatic sealing patch.

The role oversees the daily QC operations, develops and validates analytical methods, and maintains SOPs and equipment calibration. You will drive regulatory compliance with ISO 13485, MDR, and related standards.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in regulated pharma/medical device industry.
• 2+ years in a management/supervisory role.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, MDR, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily QC operations and training of QC staff.
• Develop, validate, and implement analytical methods and procedures.
• Review validation and user review documents.
• Maintain SOPs, equipment calibration, and QC documentation.
• Support trend analysis, release data, and data/ trend reporting.
• Manage QC lab safety and complex testing activities.
• Represent QC in release, NCR, CAPA, deviation, and audit processes.
