Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam is seeking a Housekeeping & Quality (Management) Trainee to supervise rooms and public areas, drive quality projects, and ensure compliance with Anantara and LQA standards.

The role combines operational hands-on work with a focus on excellence, team collaboration and learning through Minor Hotels University Northern Europe; ideal for those aiming at hotel management trajectories.

Qualifications

• Availability for at least 20 weeks, 5 days per week (including weekends).
• Flexible, motivated and stress-resistant mindset.
• Sharp eye for detail with a results-driven approach.
• Willingness to get hands-on when needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervising room and public area quality.
• Supporting projects led by the Housekeeping Executive.
• Ensuring compliance with brand and LQA standards.
• Communicating creatively and proactively suggesting improvements.
• Occasionally assisting with hands-on cleaning tasks when needed.
