Job summary

Yokogawa Europe seeks a QHSE Manager to own and continuously improve the integrated management system across quality, health & safety, information security and environmental performance. You will carry lead auditor status for ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001 and act as the trusted point for regulators and audits.

You will lead end-to-end audits, track HS&E KPIs, run incident investigations, and work across functions to turn requirements into robust policy.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience across compliance, quality or HS&E.
• Lead auditor status, or the credibility to hold it, across ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a strong asset.

• Run incident investigations and brief senior colleagues with a clear read on exposure.

• Lead a distributed, hybrid team - objectives, coaching, budget.
• Contribute directly to functional strategy.

As QHSE Manager, you'll own and continuously improve the integrated management system across quality, occupational health and safety, information security and environmental performance - carrying lead auditor status for ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001. You're the person the business turns to when a regulator asks a hard question, a certification audit is six weeks out, or something has genuinely gone wrong and needs managing, not just documenting.

What you'll do:

• Lead ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001 audits end to end

• Run incident investigations and brief senior colleagues with a clear read on exposure

What you bring:

• 10-15 years of experience across compliance, quality or HS&E
• Some track record (3 months-5 years) leading and directing people
• Lead auditor status, or the credibility to hold it, across ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001
• The judgment to say no to a shortcut - and explain calmly why
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent; fluent English, additional European languages a strong asset
