Job summary
Wfs PRO is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to standardize measurement processes in an international high-tech manufacturing environment. You will ensure reliable measurement results, optimize inspection methods and help products meet demanding customer specifications, collaborating closely with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing and NPI teams.
You will develop measurement strategies, perform MSA/Gage R&R, calibrations, and SPC analyses, while supporting audits and training colleagues in
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in quality/metrology in technical manufacturing.
- Experience with MSA, Gage R&R, SPC, sampling methods and process control.
- Knowledge of GPS, tolerances and technical drawings.
- Experience with quality methodologies such as 8D, FMEA and control plans.
- Good command of Dutch and/or English.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize measurement strategies, plans and inspection procedures.
- Select measurement methods and equipment based on product tolerances.
- Conduct MSA and Gage R&R studies.
- Manage calibration processes and equipment management.
- Assess measurability in NPI projects.
- Support PFMEA, control plans and validation activities.
- Develop SPC methodologies and analyze data for improvements.
- Support audits and train colleagues in measurement techniques.
