Job summary

Durabel Recruitment B.V. is seeking a motivated quality control employee in Horst, Netherlands, for their blueberry sorting and packaging operations. You will ensure the quality of incoming and outgoing batches while working in a modern, refrigerated environment using advanced sorting machines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for various quality control tasks including checking batches, performing quality checks, and identifying areas for improvement. The role requires a minimum vocational education and a good command of Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum vocational education and thinking level.
• Good command of Dutch and English; Polish is an advantage.
• Flexible attitude and independent working style.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of incoming and outgoing batches of blueberries.
• Check and register batches in the quality registration system.
• Perform visual and physical quality checks.
• Take samples and perform shelf life tests.
• Monitor hygiene in the workplace.
• Identify deviations and areas for improvement.
