Job summary

Lonza in Geleen is seeking a Project Lead Quality Control (QC) to unite customers, priorities and projects across QC and manufacturing. You will coordinate technology transfers, lead method transfers and drive project milestones in a CGT-focused environment.

You will maintain project plans, coordinate trainings, and ensure cGMP compliance while communicating progress to stakeholders and representing QC in internal and customer meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level background in biotechnology/pharmaceutical sciences or equivalent.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology QC and method transfers.
• Experience coordinating analytical method transfers and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead QC technology transfers and new method introductions.
• Coordinate training plans and maintain project timelines.
• Represent QC in meetings and communicate progress and risks.
• Coordinate with QC, Manufacturing and project management teams.
