Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks on customer installation plans.
• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to provide feedback.
• Guide new Technical Account Managers in installation plan compliance.
• Implement new methods to improve processes, including AI applications.
• Document and report issues found during installation plan checks.
• Compile statistics and KPIs on general quality using HubSpot and Google Sheets.
