What you’ll do:

️ Review & approve batch records, SOPs, deviations, CAPAs, and change requests on time

Collaborate with cross-functional teams as a trusted Quality Subject Matter Expert

Support “QA on the Floor” activities to boost continuous process improvements

Mentor junior QA staff and provide expert guidance across departments

Represent quality metrics in site and project meetings

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Biotechnology, or related field

5–10 years’ experience in Quality Assurance within life sciences/pharma

️ Advanced knowledge of GMP and QA principles

Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail
