Job summary

LeydenJar Technologies B.V. in Eindhoven seeks a dedicated QC Technician to support production and pre-pilot operations at PlantOne.

You will perform quality control testing on materials, prepare samples, and help maintain lab equipment in a fast-growing, international team. Reporting to the VP Production, you will collaborate with engineers, production, and lab staff to drive improvements in test methods and quality systems while ensuring accurate measurements and timely results.

Qualifications

• MBO/Chemical‑Fysical Analist or equal level education.
• Experience in quality laboratory or production environment is an advantage.
• Ability to perform measurements independently and take responsibility when tasks are well explained.

At LeydenJar, we are building PlantOne, our first production facility for pure silicon anodes in Eindhoven.

We are looking for a dedicated QCTechnician to support our production and pre-pilot operations, who enjoys working with high-tech equipment and can carry out repetitive tasks precisely.

You are eager to learn and excited to work with us to make better batteries. You will report to the VP Production, work within the QC team and close to our engineers. You will be part of a young, international, ambitious and diverse organization that is determined to make a better world with cleaner energy.

What will you be doing?

As a QC Technician, you will help ensure the quality and reliability of our materials and processes by:

• Performing quality control testing on raw and produced materials.
• Preparing samples and coordinating testing activities with engineers, production, and laboratory teams.
• Maintaining laboratory equipment and supporting continuous improvements to test methods and quality systems.
• Managing QC supplies and supporting the smooth operation of the lab.

In this hands‑on role, you'll contribute to a safe, efficient, and continuously improving laboratory environment.

What do you bring?

• You have completed MBO/Chemical‑Fysical Analist/or equal level of education
• Working experience in quality laboratory and/or production environment is an advantage
• You can do measurements on your own and take responsibility to finish the job, once it is well explained.
