Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Netherlands is seeking an Associate, QC Microbiology within the Cell Therapy program at Leiden Bio Science Park. This role supports in-process, final product, and stability testing, and assists with environmental and facility monitoring.

You will contribute to GMP documentation, deviations and investigations, participate in continuous improvement and may train analysts. A science degree and 0-2+ years of QC microbiology experience are preferred in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science preferred.
• 0-2+ years of relevant microbiological testing or QC experience in a regulated environment.
• Netherlands: MLO level 4 or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine QC testing of in-process, final product, and stability samples.
• Conduct environmental and facilities monitoring.
• Assist with GMP documentation, deviations, investigations and CAPA related tasks.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and training of analysts.
