Qualifications

• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in kwaliteitsmanagement.

OPW also creates and manufactures touch-free and soft-touch vehicle wash systems, entry systems and wash chemicals.

Als QC Manager ben je samen met onze QA Manager primair verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen, verbeteren en bewaken van het kwaliteitsniveau van Demaco. Je houdt je bezig met het steekproefsgewijs uitvoeren van metingen, lasinspecties, keuringen. Daarnaast controleer je op reinheid, montage en transport van de producten en diensten op de werkvloer. Dit alles om te toetsen of onze producten en diensten voldoen aan de gestelde eisen en verwachtingen van de klant.

Je denkt continu mee aan een voortdurende lange termijnaanpak om processen, producten en dienstverleningen van Demaco te verbeteren. Hierdoor sluiten we nog beter aan op de klantbehoeftes, creëren we een hogere klantwaarde, behouden we onze hoge kwaliteit en houden we onnodige verspillingen tegen.

Je werkt nauw samen met de QA Manager, bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze voormannen en medewerkers op de productievloer en rapporteert aan de Manager Operations en periodiek aan de directie.
