Job summary

Snowrelic Inc. seeks a QC CSV Consultant to join a Europe-wide remote team. You will apply your extensive QC laboratory experience to support digital transformation, automation of global QC labs, and ensure data integrity and compliant systems.

You will work with OneLab, LabX, Power BI, ALM/JIRA/Confluence to drive validation, UAT, and multi-site implementations while collaborating with international stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QC laboratory experience.
• Experience with microbiology workflows is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of QC operations, analytics, and regulatory guidelines.
• Experience validating computerized systems and data integrity.
• Experience developing validation docs and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Lead QC CSV activities across global labs during digital transformation.
• Standardize processes to improve efficiency and data integrity.
• Manage lab automation projects and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with international teams and handle priorities.
• Develop Power BI dashboards to monitor QC metrics.
• Oversee ALM/JIRA/Confluence-based project management.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across functions.
• Maintain English-language communication for cross-border work.

Roles & Responsibilities

• 5+ years of QC laboratory experience, ideally including microbiology workflows
• Strong understanding of QC laboratory operations and analytical workflows
• Hands-on expertise with laboratory automation, particularly OneLab
• Experience with LabX and/or laboratory software administration is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of GxP, CSV, data integrity, and regulated computerized systems
• Experience developing validation documentation and executing UAT
• Experience managing multi-site laboratory system implementation projects
• Knowledge of Power BI and dashboard/report development
• Experience with ALM, JIRA, Confluence, or similar information/project management tools
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with international teams and manage competing priorities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities
• Professional working proficiency in English

You ll play a key role in the digital transformation and automation of global QC laboratories, helping to standardize processes, improve efficiency, strengthen data integrity, and ensure compliant laboratory operations.
