Job summary

Eurofins Scientific in Leiden is looking for a Chemical Analyst to join their QC laboratory. In this role, you will independently carry out physical and chemical analyses of pharmaceutical raw materials.

Qualifications

• You have a diploma at MBO or HBO level in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or a comparable course.
• You are a starter or have some experience carrying out chemical lab tests.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals or related industries is preferred.
• You are motivated, eager to learn, and can quickly learn new techniques.
• Experience with wet chemical analysis techniques is a plus.
• Good command of the English language, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform physical and wet chemical analytical techniques.
• Report test results according to prescribed procedures.
• Complete training courses for certification in lab techniques and GMP.
• Participate in work meetings with project and lab teams.
• Assist in setting up various projects and improving internal processes.
