Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Specialist, QC Analytical, Cell Therapy to support in-process, final product, and stability testing. You will review data, troubleshoot methods, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring GMP compliance.

The role requires training and mentoring others on QC test methods including flow cytometry, PCR, and cell-based assays, with a focus on maintaining data integrity and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or equivalent; Netherlands requirement per ad wording.
• 4+ years in analytical testing or QC in a regulated environment.
• Experience with cell biology techniques (flow cytometry, qPCR, ELISA) and aseptic technique.

Responsibilities

• Perform method transfer/validation and routine testing of samples.
• 1) Troubleshoot problems with minimal guidance.
• 2) Review GMP documentation and data for general and complex methods.
• 3) Manage deviations, CAPA, investigations, and continuous improvement efforts.
• 4) Train/mentor others on QC test methods (Flow cytometry, PCR, Cell-based assays, HPLC/UPLC).
• 5) Other duties as assigned.
