Qualifications

• 6+ лет опыта в QA-инженерии или разработке ПО.

Responsibilities

• Анализ требований, выявление проб и рисков на ранних стадиях SDLC; валидация бизнес‑целей и пользовательских путей.
• Разработка и внедрение масштабируемых фреймворков автоматического тестирования.
• Интеграция тестирования в CI/CD и мониторинг качества.
• Определение метрик качества и информирование стейкхолдеров.
• Оценка и выбор инструментов тестирования с учетом масштабируемости.

Walker & Dunlop is a provider of capital to the commercial real estate industry, facilitating the development of communities by supporting real estate owners and operators. The internal technology team, WDTech, focuses on developing data‑driven solutions and innovative software to disrupt traditional real estate processes.

Задачи

• Analyze functional and technical requirements to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks early in the SDLC; develop a deep understanding of business objectives and user journeys to validate that solutions meet real‑world needs; design and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including functional, automated, integration, and regression testing;
• Implement scalable automated testing frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines;
• Define, track, and evolve clear quality metrics to promote transparency and continuous improvement;
• Communicate actionable quality insights to Engineering, Product Management, and business stakeholders;
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate testing tools and approaches based on scalability and maintainability.

Требования

• 6+ Years of experience in software quality engineering or software development;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
• Experience building and maintaining automated UI and API test frameworks and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines;
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies;
• Proficiency in UI and API testing approaches and modern automation tools like Playwright, Cypress, or Postman;
• Working knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills with the ability to surface issues proactively;
• Ability to work independently and provide early feedback in an Agile environment;
• Nice to have: Experience in real estate finance or financial services, knowledge of AI‑enabled tools for test design and automation.
