Allseas in Enschede is looking for a hands-on QA and Test Engineer to ensure injection moulding and extrusion parts meet customer requirements. You will perform inspections, run tests, analyze deviations, and contribute to continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

The role involves documenting results, calibrating equipment, supporting audits, and collaborating with production, engineering, and logistics. A bachelor’s in engineering and 2–5 years in manufacturing are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of injection moulding and extrusion processes.
• Experience with measuring and test equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor product quality during production with inspections.
• Perform pre-production and final inspections and tests.
• Identify defects and support corrective actions.
• Document results and maintain quality records.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and logistics teams.
• Assist with audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
