QA Systems Officer Training

Location: Baarle-Hertog, North Brabant, Netherlands

Job Purpose

• Support the site and operational managers with training assignments, training reporting, and training administration.
• Support curricula owners with the maintenance of curricula (creation, review, adding new objects and documents).
• Oversight of on‑the‑job qualifications and requalification.
• Coordinate curricula updates with the QA Documentation Coordinator and author.
• Implement Novartis Training Programs and tools at RLT BN and drive internal improvement projects related to training.
• Develop local training QMS documents where needed.
• Own and support training‑related quality records.
• Act as back‑up QA Systems Officer to support QA Documentation Coordination.
• Support local trainers and oversee GxP Qualified Trainers.

Major Accountabilities

• Act as the training SME and single point of contact for the RLT BN site.
• Support operational managers in training assignments and curricula owners in curricula maintenance at RLT BN.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, liaising with subject‑matter experts, managers, and other stakeholders to gather input, ensure alignment with organisational goals, and enhance training outcomes.
• Support QMS document authors and the QA Documentation Coordinator with curricula assignment of new documents.
• Maintain training records: keep accurate records of training activities, including attendance, assessments, and participant evaluations.
• Oversee the processing and archiving of training records for the site, including processing paper records (OJT and classroom training forms).
• Set up annual training plans in collaboration with the Quality Systems Manager.
• Collaborate with the Global T&L team on local Novartis implementation projects.
• Assist the quality team in audits and inspections.
• Drive local training and QA systems related improvement projects.
