Job summary

FarMedvisie B.V. in Woerden, Netherlands, is seeking a QA/RA Intern to support a major QMS improvement project and Confluence migration.

You will help structure procedures, ensure documentation accuracy, and maintain version control under supervision, while gaining hands-on experience in ISO 13485 and MDR compliance. We welcome HBO and WO students from related fields who are fluent in Dutch and English, detail-oriented, and able to commit to at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• HBO or WO student in a related field.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and maintain focus on detailed tasks.
• Willing to learn Confluence and document management.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Update, structure and standardize procedures and quality documents.
• Check documentation for accuracy, completeness and consistency.
• Support document control, version management and traceability.
• Apply predefined templates and documentation standards.
• Monitor migration progress and maintain task overviews.
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and flag it for review.
• Support the Quality & Regulatory team with related improvement activities.
