Job summary

Salto CloudWorks is seeking a QA Engineer to ensure features meet specifications and deliver high-quality software for a global user base.

You will validate requirements, identify risks, and monitor API performance while collaborating with developers and the product owner in a hybrid environment in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Experience with API and performance testing tools and database testing.
• Experience in relevant automated testing, including how to build and deploy them.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, BitBucket/Bamboo.
• Experience with at least one programming language.
• Proven track record in QA testing within highly technical organizations with hands-on functional testing.
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle in an Agile environment.
• Flexible in learning new tools and technologies per company requirements.
• Experience with bug tracking, test management, test execution, and defect reports (TestRail, qTest, QAComplete).
• Experience using AI tools in QA contexts is a plus.
• Experience with IoT is an advantage.

• Experience with API and performance testing tools (e.g., Postman, JMeter, k6) and database testing
• Experience in relevant automated testing, including how to build and deploy them
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, BitBucket/Bamboo
• Experience with at least one programming language
• Proven track record in successfully conducting and creating QA tests in highly technical organizations, with hands‑on experience with functional testing
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle in an Agile environment
• Flexible in learning new tools and technologies according to the company's requirements
• Experience with bug tracking, test management, test execution, and defect reports through Test Management tools like TestRail, qTest, QAComplete
• Experience using AI tools in a QA or testing context is a plus
