Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer eager to contribute to high-performance trading and market exchange environments.

You will join an Agile team working on low-latency, high-availability trading systems, with a focus on building robust automated test frameworks.

Performance testing is a strong asset — but not mandatory.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Robot Framework.
• Implement and run end-to-end, integration, and regression tests across complex systems.
• Work closely with developers, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliveries.
• Contribute to the definition of test strategy, test coverage, and QA best practices.
• Participate in the validation of cloud-based architectures (ideally on GCP).
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and follow up on their resolution.
• Maintain test environments, test data, and automation pipelines.
• Actively participate in Agile rituals (daily meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives).

The Profile We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a QA Engineer with strong focus on test automation.
• Hands‑on experience with Robot Framework or strong skills in another automation framework with willingness to adapt.
• Solid understanding of functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Previous experience working with Cloud environments (GCP is a plus).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated execution.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written) – French is a plus.
• Experience in trading systems, financial markets, or exchange platforms.
• Knowledge of performance/load testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner…).
• Understanding of monitoring/observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).
