Job summary

Virtual Vaults is the leading data room provider in the Benelux and expanding rapidly across Europe. As a QA Engineer, you will design, execute, and automate tests to ensure our platform is fast, secure, and reliable, supporting seamless M&A deals globally.

You will be the technical and functional QA expert in a close-knit team, owning test frameworks and turning test scenarios into automated tests. We believe in ownership and your work will directly contribute to confident shipping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of QA experience (test automation, performance testing, or security testing).
• Experience with TypeScript and/or C#.
• Experience with Playwright or a comparable Test Automation frameworks
• Github and Microsoft Azure (or similar cloud solutions).
• Familiar with Postman, DevTools, and ideally BurpSuite.
• TMap or ISTQB certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and eye for detail.
• Proactive, curious, and enjoy sharing testing knowledge.
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.

Your mission as a QA Engineer

As a QA Engineer, you are the gatekeeper of quality. You will design, execute, and automate tests that ensure our platform is fast, secure, and reliable, supporting seamless M&A deals globally.

You will be the technical and functional QA expert in a close-knit team, actively involved from concept to release. You’ll have the freedom to shape your work, refine our test frameworks, and turn test scenarios into automated tests. We believe in ownership, and your work will directly contribute to the confidence with which we ship.

What you will do:

• Analyse and troubleshoot automated test results.

• Improve our test frameworks in collaboration with developers.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• 3+ years of QA experience (test automation, performance testing, or security testing).

What we offer you

A hands-on role with room to influence both the product and how it's built. You'll work in an open, flat, collaborative team where sharing knowledge, asking questions, and improving the way we work are part of the job.

• Salary: €4.000 – €6.000 depending on skills and experience

• 32-40 hours per week with flexible working hours

  • Hybrid work = Minimum of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home (based on 40 hours per week)

• 27 vacation days.

• 100% pension contribution paid by Virtual Vaults.

• NS Business Card for commute, or a allowance of 25ct per kilometer (based on living a minimum of 10km from the office)
