Job summary

Amgen Breda seeks a CW Associate QA to join the Incoming Quality Assurance team. You will ensure incoming materials meet GMP/GDP standards before release for packaging and labeling operations.

With a degree in Life Sciences and relevant QA/QC experience, you will perform sampling, inspections, data analysis, and collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to uphold quality and compliance in a GMP-regulated environment.

Qualifications

• MBO, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience, including 3+ years QA/QC.
• Working knowledge of GMP and/or GDP.
• Interpret and apply quality standards in a regulated environment.
• Fluent English communication, written and spoken.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Follow procedures and work independently within defined processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues.
• Experience with digital systems, preferably SAP.
• Effective communication across functions and org levels.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Team-oriented with collaborative problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Ensure incoming materials meet procedural and regulatory requirements for release.
• Execute sampling, inspection, review, and release for incoming materials.
• Collect and analyse data to support investigations and resolution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers on quality issues.
• Perform additional sampling and inspection as needed.
• Conduct damage inspections on received materials.
• Provide QA oversight of incoming component receiving processes.
• Support GMP/GDP compliance and internal procedures.
