Job summary

Amgen Breda seeks a CW Associate QA to join the Incoming Quality Assurance team. You will ensure incoming materials meet GMP/GDP standards before release for packaging and labeling operations.

With a degree in Life Sciences and relevant QA/QC experience, you will perform sampling, inspections, data analysis, and collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to uphold quality and compliance in a GMP-regulated environment.

Qualifications

• MBO, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience, including 3+ years QA/QC.
• Working knowledge of GMP and/or GDP.
• Interpret and apply quality standards in a regulated environment.
• Fluent English communication, written and spoken.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Follow procedures and work independently within defined processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues.
• Experience with digital systems, preferably SAP.
• Effective communication across functions and org levels.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Team-oriented with collaborative problem solving.

Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Salary: €3,982 - €4,191 gross per month
Bonus: Eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, depending on both individual and Amgen company performance. Please note that this bonus is not guaranteed.

We are currently seeking a CW Associate QA to join our Incoming Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that incoming materials meet the highest quality and compliance standards before being released for use in our packaging and labelling operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all incoming materials meet procedural and regulatory requirements for release, maintaining high standards of Quality and Compliance.
• Execute sampling, inspection, review, and release activities for incoming materials, including printed and non-printed packaging components.
• Collect and analyse data to support investigations and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.
• Perform additional sampling and inspection activities when required.
• Conduct damage inspections on received materials as needed.
• Provide Quality Assurance oversight of incoming component receiving processes.
• Support continuous compliance with GMP/GDP requirements and internal quality procedures.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• MBO, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience, including a minimum of 3 years of relevant Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience.
• Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and/or Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
• Ability to interpret and apply quality standards and procedures in a regulated environment.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow established procedures and work independently within defined processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to escal
