Responsibilities

• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
• Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
• Be a productive member of the team.

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years of Python development experience (less if you’re a fast learner who can demonstrate strong results)
• Hands-on experience with AI systems, ideally with agentic AI architectures (e.g., autonomous agents, tool use, memory, planning)
• Proficiency in API integrations and working with asynchronous or streaming data
• Strong understanding of Git workflows (branches, pull requests, resolving merge conflicts)
• Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL (Postgres is a plus)
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI workflow frameworks
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines (CI/CD)
• Understanding of vector databases, embeddings, or prompt engineering
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Exposure to multi-agent systems, memory management in LLMs, or advanced orchestration techniques
