Vivid Resourcing Ltd in the Netherlands is seeking a hands-on Python Developer to join a growing consumer brand’s development team as it enters its next phase. You’ll build and maintain software the business relies on, working with a new technical team lead and other developers.

The role focuses on stable, secure, and maintainable code, with real ownership of what you ship. You’ll collaborate with product owners to deliver features predictably, tackle technical debt, and share knowledge to avoid

Qualifications

• Experience as a Python developer at least medior level.
• Good engineering habits: testing, code review, and documentation.
• Ability to think about operations and reliability.
• Collaborative, direct and reliable approach to work.

Responsabilités

• Design, build and maintain Python applications and services.
• Write clean, tested and well-documented code; participate in code reviews.
• Work with product owners and teammates to deliver features predictably.
• Help tackle technical debt and improve reliability, security and uptime.
• Share knowledge across the team to avoid single points of failure.
• Make smart use of AI-assisted development where it genuinely helps.
