Job summary

Brainial in Utrecht/Hybrid is seeking a Senior Python Developer to strengthen integration and performance of its AI-SaaS platform. You will design, build and maintain client facing interfaces and APIs, focusing on scalable, observable cloud deployments.

You will work across engineering and customer success, shaping future-proof integration strategies, architectures and CI/CD pipelines, with an emphasis on speed, reliability and strong data handling.

Senior Python Developer AI-SaaS Product – Brainial – Utrecht/Hybrid – up to 90k

Brainial is a scale-up that has built and is continuing to scale a successful AI-driven SaaS product. The international customer base is growing rapidly, and we are backed by solid investments. The product provides knowledge workers a high degree of automation consequently these teams have much more time for human interaction. This leads to much more value creation within the organizations. An example of a valuable feature is the ability to filter conflicting statements in huge amounts of documents. For our clients this AI SaaS product is a gamechanger.

The enormous attention for AI has paid off for us. But Brainial was already working on their vision since 2019, thus long before the AI hype.

As a Senior Python Developer, your main focus will be on integration topics and overall performance of the AI SaaS platform. Topics that will be covered are cloud performance, monitoring, scalability, observability, tracing etc. But also a future proof integration strategy, and thus architecture. You will design, build, and maintain client facing interfaces / API’s.

You bring:

• A proactive and mature mindset, you are able to act as a 1-person integration team; and work on the edge of engineering and other teams like customer success;
• Demonstrable seniority in Python, API development, management & architecture;
• Demonstrable experience with public cloud, FastAPI & CI/CD pipelines
• Demonstrable seniority with DevOps & Cloud engineering.
