Job summary

NCAB Group in the Netherlands is seeking a Purchase Support (f/m/d) for one year, based in Tiel. You will join a passionate, collaborative team and help align customer orders, enter orders into the ERP, and monitor supplier confirmations to ensure on-time delivery.

You will work with sales and technical teams to hit targets, support local projects, and grow your administration and logistics skills in an international, quality-focused company.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent in administration, sales or logistics.
• First experience in Inside Sales or Purchasing department.
• Proactive mindset, with detailed and structured approach and the courage to take initiative.
• Customer-focused approach and empathetic attitude.

Responsibilities

• Aligning commercial parameters from customer orders with offers
• Entering customer orders into the ERP system and forwarding them to suppliers
• Tracking order confirmations from suppliers
• Sending confirmation emails to customers
• Collaboration with the sales and technical team to achieve our targets
• Supporting in local projects
