Job summary

Rise Technical in Utrecht is seeking a Technical Support Specialist for a pump systems manufacturer. The role links customers, field service engineers and parts logistics to plan visits, manage service schedules and ensure timely parts delivery. You’ll provide technical guidance, suggest basic fixes and identify opportunities for additional service or sales. The position offers strong training and international development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Background in service coordination, planning, or as a Field Service Engineer.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Technical knowledge to advise on parts and basic troubleshooting.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Based in or commutable to Utrecht.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate field service engineer visits and routes.
• Review service reports and schedule follow-up work where needed.
• Ensure spare parts are available in time for service visits.
• Provide first-line technical advice to customers over the phone.
• Identify opportunities for additional services or spare parts sales.
