Job summary

Baoase Curaçao is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Assistant to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of public areas across the resort. You will support linen deliveries, waste removal, and replenishment of supplies, while assisting with furniture setup for guest requests and resort operations.

The role requires physical fitness, reliability, and a team-oriented approach, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or similar support role is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving equipment.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
• Assist the Housekeeping team with linen deliveries, waste removal, and replenishing housekeeping supplies.
• Set up and move furniture or equipment as required for guest requests and resort operations.
• Respond promptly to housekeeping and guest service requests while ensuring a safe, clean, and organized environment.
