SPINNOV is seeking an Assembly and Prototyping Specialist based in Veldhoven, Netherlands. You will build, assemble, test, and improve prototypes, PCBs, and pre-production systems, translating requirements into production-ready electronics with engineers and designers.

You’ll run hands-on assembly, troubleshoot, create assembly guides, review BOMs, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver high-quality hardware on schedule. A practical, detail-oriented maker mindset is essential.

Qualificações

• Technical education MBO or HBO in electrical engineering/mechatronics or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in electrical, electromechanical, mechatronics assembly and prototyping.
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify technical issues independently.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Good English for technical communication.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble electrical, and electromechanical components, PCB’s and prototypes.
• Build prototypes and test assemblies based on technical drawings, CAD models, work instructions, and engineering specifications.
• Support engineers during the development and validation of new products and design iterations.
• Create and design assembly guides
• Review BOM files, review prototype production orders, order in components and work with our engineers and suppliers to get things done on time and deliver great quality.
• Identify assembly issues, design improvements, and potential manufacturing challenges.
• Perform functional tests and troubleshoot prototype assemblies.
• Modify and improve prototypes based on test results and engineering feedback.
• Work with a variety of hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and workshop equipment.
