Job summary

ASML’s Modelshop seeks a Program and Improvement Engineer to connect rapid prototype manufacturing with long-term improvements. Qualifications

• BSc in a relevant technical field is required.
• Green belt or higher certification is preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years in a high-tech development environment with a focus on process improvement or project management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a lean production process within Modelshop.
• Clearly communicate between factory and Modelshop as primary contact.
• Align processes and challenge them to improve.
• Support operational tasks of Modelshop (logistics, ordering, KPI tracking).
• Lead cross-functional projects and department-wide initiatives.
• Translate strategy into clear objectives and support execution.
• Establish procedures and environmental regulations for employees.
• Investigate problems, perform root-ccause analysis and derive resolutions.
• Implement cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality.
