Job summary

Prodrive Technologies in Eindhoven is seeking a hands-on cable harness assembler to construct harnesses from mechanical and electrical drawings. You will work in close collaboration with designers, engineers, and planners to translate drawings into finished assemblies.

The role emphasizes practical work, reading drawings, and taking responsibility while providing feedback for manufacturability. A dynamic, international environment awaits driven candidates in our Operations team.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an MBO program (Mechatronics or Elektrotechniek).
• Affinity with cable harnesses or technical assembly work.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility.
• Strong communication to provide feedback to engineers and designers.
• Hands-on, flexible and practical-minded.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble cable harnesses from electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Interpret and follow technical drawings and work instructions.

About the role

We are looking for a candidate with a hands on continuous improvement mindset to support our Cable Harness Manufacturing process. In this role, you will build and assemble cable harnesses based on technical drawings. You will work hands-on in a manufacturing environment and collaborate closely with designers, engineers and planners.

This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy practical work, can read technical drawings, and are comfortable working independently while providing clear feedback to the engineering team.

• Build and assemble cable harnesses based on electrical and mechanical drawings
• Interpret and understand technical drawings and or work instructions
• Work independently on assigned cable harness assemblies
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to designers regarding manufacturability and improvements
• Identify and communicate issues, deviations, or improvement opportunities
