Job summary

Luba in Eindhoven is hiring an assembly worker to join a growing technical family business. The role is full-time (38 hours/week) in Eindhoven, assembling wire and cable harnesses, with clear instructions and various machines and tools.

You will learn and develop technical skills in a collaborative, informal environment where teamwork is essential. Responsibilities include reviewing schedules, soldering components, performing quality checks, and testing cables at day’s end.

Responsibilities

• Review the schedule and assembly instructions to know what needs to be done.
• Assemble cables and wire harnesses, solder components, and perform intermediate quality checks.
• Use hand tools and measuring equipment to ensure correctness.
• Collaborate with colleagues and seek clarification when needed.
• Test cables at the end of the day to ensure proper completion.

Start as an assembly worker in Eindhoven and work full-time in a technical family business with plenty of development opportunities.

Over de vacature:

As an assembly worker, you work full-time (38 hours a week) in Eindhoven assembling wire and cable harnesses. You receive clear instructions and will learn to work with various machines and tools. This position offers plenty of opportunities to develop yourself, grow, and learn new technical skills. You work in an informal environment where teamwork is key. The job is for the long term, so you can really build your future here.

You start your working day by reviewing the schedule and assembly instructions so you know exactly what needs to be done. Then you get to work assembling cables, soldering components, and performing intermediate quality checks. You use hand tools and measuring equipment to make sure everything is correct. Throughout the day, you work together with colleagues and consult if something is unclear. At the end of the day, you test the cables and make sure everything is finished properly.

• Working days and hours are from Monday to Thursday: 7:15 AM - 4:15 PM, and on Friday from 7:15 AM - 11:15 AM
• A work location that is easily accessible by both private transport and public transportation
