As a Proposition Marketer, you shape Tangelo’s story. You’ll develop and safeguard the positioning of two unique SaaS solutions: our established corporate reporting platform and a new sustainability product with international potential. You’ll work in a compact, senior marketing environment with short lines to product, sales, and the leadership team. You’ll be close to the content, switch quickly, and have the space to build, test, and improve independently.

Day To Day, You Will
  • Develop and execute the international go-to-market strategy for the new ESG product, including positioning, messaging, and launch.
  • Sharpen and safeguard the proposition of our existing platform already used by large, publicly listed organizations.
  • Create visibility through content, keynotes, webinars, event sponsorships, and campaigns inside and outside Europe.
  • Work closely with product management and regional sales offices worldwide, so you stay on top of customer needs and market movements.
  • Build a scalable and reusable GTM playbook that forms the basis for future product introductions.

You’ll join an international scale-up operating in a niche market with major impact. Tangelo develops a platform for corporate reporting and sustainability reporting, used by large, publicly listed clients worldwide.

You’ll work from our office in Capelle aan den IJssel in a compact, experienced marketing team. The atmosphere is relaxed, lines are short, and there’s a high level of trust in each other’s expertise. Everyone has their own domain, but successes are shared.

You’ll find our sales offices in Australia, South Africa, Taiwan, Finland, and the Czech Republic. You’ll regularly coordinate digitally with these regions to localize campaigns and propositions. This international character—combined with the speed and culture of a scale-up—makes your work dynamic, educational, and immediately visible in results.

You’re a strategic marketer with an entrepreneurial mindset. You enjoy the mix of thinking and doing: developing a proposition and rolling up your sleeves to execute it. You thrive in a scale-up environment: you switch quickly, take ownership, and stay calm under pressure. In addition, you have:

  • Experience with B2B marketing in a SaaS environment, preferably in product or proposition marketing.
  • Proven knowledge of go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with leadership and international colleagues.
  • Excellent command of English (Dutch is a plus).
