TKH Security is seeking a Project Manager to lead innovative security installations and act as the bridge between clients and our project engineers. You will ensure alignment of content, planning and collaboration from start to finish.

You will coordinate project plans, manage budgets, and coach teams of technicians, engineers, and installers to deliver high-quality solutions, while maintaining strong client relationships and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree HBO in technology, security, or project management.
• Experience in the security industry and managing complex installations/projects.
• Proven project management experience, preferably leading security projects.
• Knowledge of security systems: intrusion detection, CCTV, access control, alarms.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Proactive, result-driven, hands-on attitude.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing expectations.

What will you do as a Project Manager?

• Lead and coordinate security installation projects from start to finish
• Create project plans, including timelines, cost estimates, risk management, and resource planning

• Monitor project progress and perform quality checks

What do we expect from you?

As a Project Manager, we expect that you:

• Have at least a completed bachelor’s degree (HBO), preferably in technology, security, or project management
• Have experience in the security industry and managing complex installations/projects
• Have proven experience in project management, preferably leading security projects
• Have knowledge of security systems such as intrusion detection, CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring systems
• Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Have a proactive, result-driven, and hands-on attitude
• Are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing expectations
