Job summary

Qualifications

• HBO/WO degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in project management, operations, or delivery roles.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of client programmes and campaigns.
• Plan and manage timelines, risks, budgets, and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders across Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Analysis, Finance, and Technology.
• Act as central point of contact for delivery topics.
• Analyse data to evaluate campaign performance and optimize demand-supply planning.
• Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation actions.
• Ensure clear ownership, accountability, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor delivery progress and ensure quality, accuracy, and timely execution.
• Conduct campaign wrap-up reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

We are looking for a hands-on ProjectManager to join our ProjectManagement team in Amsterdam. This is a business-critical role with end-to-end responsibility for delivering client programmes in a fast-paced, operationally intensive environment.

You will manageprojects from kick-off through delivery and post-launch, working closely with internal cross-functional teams and international stakeholders. The role requires strong ownership, structure, and the ability to proactively manage risks, timelines, and dependencies.
