TCC Global in Amsterdam is looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead end-to-end client programmes in a fast-paced, operationally intensive environment. You will own projects from kickoff through delivery and post-launch, coordinating with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.

The role emphasizes ownership, structured planning, risk management, and proactive problem solving, with a focus on delivering high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• HBO/WO degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project management, operations, or delivery roles.
• Fluent in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of client programmes and campaigns.
• Plan and manage timelines, risks, budgets, and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders across Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Analysis, Finance, and Technology.
• Act as a central point of contact for delivery-related topics.
• Analyse data to evaluate campaign performance and optimize demand-supply planning.
• Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation actions.
• Ensure clear ownership, accountability, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor delivery progress and ensure quality, accuracy, and timely execution.
• Conduct campaign wrap-up reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

Must‑Have Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
• Comfortable with numbers, excel and data analysis
• Strong organisational, prioritisation, and problem‑solving skills
• Hands‑on, accountable mindset with a focus on execution
• Fluent in English and Polish;

Nice to Have

• Exposure to international or multi‑countryprojectdelivery
• Experience working closely with Sales and commercial stakeholders
• Familiarity withprojecttracking, planning, and reporting tools
• Familiarity with excel and data analysis
• Experience in loyalty, retail, FMCG, marketing services, or operations environments
