specializes in the development, improvement, and manufacturing of state‑of‑the‑art surgical ophthalmic products, primarily intraocular lenses. The facility consists of integrated Research, Development, and Manufacturing teams with strong track records of innovation and delivery.
The Project Manager, New Product Introduction – Intraocular Lenses (IOL), will be responsible for the end‑to‑end management of new intraocular lens development projects, from early concept and feasibility through design, industrialization, regulatory approval, and market introduction.
This role provides leadership to virtual, cross‑functional project teams and requires frequent collaboration with stakeholders, including teams in the United States. The Project Manager acts as the central integrator across R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply chain Operations, Clinical, Marketing, and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of complex medical device programs.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is €68,600 to €119,600 on an annual basis and includes 8% holiday allowance.
In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits: an annual bonus with a set target percentage of pay, depending on pay grade and location, where the actual amount is based on employee and company performance during the previous calendar year, or sales commissions where applicable.
