Job summary

Delta Energy Systems seeks an experienced Project Manager for our Energy Infrastructure Solution team in Europe. Lead technical delivery in customer projects, coordinate stakeholders from engineering to EPC, and drive planning, risk management, and quality assurance.

You will report to the Energy Infrastructure Solution Team and collaborate across a multi-national environment, leveraging your engineering background and strong communication skills to deliver complex energy projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Renewable or ESS System- / Solution Project Management, experience in utility-scale project management is an advantage.
• Ability to understand technical details related to products and systems involved.
• Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously.
• Leadership skills in a multi-cultural organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Dutch, German, or Mandarin are an advantage.

• Analyze the challenges of the projects, structure the key tasks, clarify the resource & skill requirements, and prepare the project planning, kick-off, and closing.

• Design and perform the risk management plan to minimize project risks.
• Project coordination and progress tracking withallrelevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility, as well as delivery of the project.
• Organize and support on qualification tests to secure the quality.
• Provide project management support to customers.
