Job Summary

As our Project Manager MRO, you are responsible for coordinating the setup and completion of projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager oversees all aspects of projects, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors progress, and prepares reports for upper management, ensuring documentation standards are met.

Job Responsibilities
  • Define and review KPIs, perform analysis, drive continuous improvement projects, and manage logistics and material flow at the site level, covering inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing, freight management, cycle counting, inventory, transactional activities, and packaging.
  • Implement and coach teams in the Lean Operating Model (LOM), delivering improvements across People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cash, and Cost targets, developing Lean expertise, and ensuring self-sufficiency in Lean practices.
  • Ensure logistics processes meet requirements and are integrated into future planning.
  • Provide structured training to maximize effectiveness and support site improvement projects and Kaizen events.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in project management and team leadership.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is advantageous.
  • Experience with quality management systems and documentation.
