Job summary

IntES is seeking a confident Project Manager to lead our Dutch engineering projects from Eindhoven, Rotterdam and Amsterdam, and across cross-region teams.

You will drive scope, schedule and budget, coordinating with clients and suppliers while mentoring the IntES team to deliver successful outcomes. This is a full-time role with remote-friendly options in a dynamic, fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management for CAPEX projects.
• Strong understanding of Project Management principles.
• Experience in the Dutch industrial environment on investor, operations, engineering or construction side.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of multiple engineering projects.
• Coordinate with clients and suppliers; manage logistics.
• Coordinate inspections and oversee expediting.
• Ensure milestones, budget and timelines are met.

Education

Role Description

This is a full-time Project Manager role with flexibility for remote work. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of multiple engineering projects, including coordinating with clients, managing logistics, coordinating inspections, and overseeing expediting. They will also be responsible for ensuring project milestones are achieved on time and within budget. More can be found out about the leadership position aspect of this opportunity upon application.

Person Specification

• Experience in Project Management for CAPEX projects.
• Strong understanding of Project Management principles.
• Experience working in the Dutch Industrial environment on either the investor, operations, engineering and/or construction side.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project and/or Construction Management, or related field.
• Fluent in English and Dutch as a minimum.
• Experience in international project management is a plus.
